Dinner: Rumacki and seafood bar appetizers at MCC; tomato bean soup and fish filet (no sauce) at Riverlane.

Family Dinner: 6 to 8 shrimp with lobster dip, three spare ribs, two slices leg of lamb, sweet potatoes, salad with Sue’s secret dressing, asparagus.

Weight: 257 1/2; didn’t eat all of the huge steak at MCC, but was too much.

Lunch: wild salmon on cobb salad w/tsp lemon dressing
Snack: Forkful of edamame salad
Dinner: Swordfish and vegi’s, small tastes of desserts

Lunch: MCC buffett, slice of beef, hot dog, onions, tomato.
Dinner: big steak at MCC, beans, few onion rings, wedge salad-no dressing.
